Show Pros is a crowd management and event-oriented staffing company. We provide customer service-minded event personnel for concerts, sporting, and special events.

The company contracts with venues, event facilities, promoters, and sports and entertainment organizations to provide professional staffing services and to assist operators with event personnel and crowd management planning.

One call to Show Pros delivers event staff. On event night the Full-time Show Pros Event Manager and Supervisors will deal with all crowd management concerns, and implement your policies.

Sports and Entertainment Event Staff

Show Pros can provide staff for your event or venue on a one-time, annual, or multi-year basis. Our employees are trained to follow your event and facility protocols while providing a positive experience for fans. We work with venues of all sizes from smaller performance arts centers to 60,000 seat stadiums. Our staff and event managers can additionally help you plan for appropriate staffing levels for your events.

Convention Facility Staffing

We offer business conference and convention center event-staffing for your facility. A typical seasonal or multi-year arrangement will include a dedicated facilities representative that can also serve as pre-event coordinator for your trade show and event managers.

Contract Event Staff

If you need event staffing on a one-time or overflow basis we can normally organize a team within 3 business days’ notice. Examples might include schools that need contract event staff for a single event; or you need professional staff for a large private or public gathering. Show Pros can simplify your planning and provide a great guest experience at your one-time event.

Crowd Management Planning

Organizing your crowd management, safety, or ticketed seating plan can be a complex ordeal where our years of experience can help. Show Pros provides consultative services to help you provide a safe experience for fans, but can also help smooth your efforts with facilities.

ABC Permitting and Alcohol Seller/Server Training

If your facility serves alcohol in NC, SC, or GA we can help you reduce costs and streamline your ABC permitting. We offer packages to simplify permitting, but can also train your servers to help reduce your liability and insurance costs.
